Can we just talk about how thankful Bailey is for everything?! Jacob's big gift was over $700, Parker's big gift was roughly $400 , and Bailey's big gift was around $40. Bailey was just as grateful to receive her $40 gift as the boys were to receive their gifts that cost at least 10x as much. Bailey is such an amazing child!

This is gonna be a lot so I understand if you aren't able to get around to reading this whole thing but I just wanna say how grateful I am to have found your channel. Your videos plus Colleen's plus several unrelated ones have really made this ridiculous year so much better. I've spent the majority of 2019 suffering some terrible anxiety and as much as 2020 has done the same, watching your videos have really been a great distraction and making me feel more at ease. You've constantly inspired me to always make the best of a scary and terrible situation and I'll always be grateful to have gotten to come across your channel and I look forward to see what the new year has in store for this community. I was never really a fan of family channels cause I often found them really cringey and I didn't really like the idea of kids being exposed to the internet but you guys have really been an exception. I feel like it's because you just seem more natural and less click baity and cringey pranks. I also see a lot of myself in the kids from growing up a lot like Parker, to being a big Star Wars and Harry Potter fan like Jacob and Bailey (and Chris too). I also respect that you have boundaries to what deems appropriate to film and not film. Something I often thought other family channels didn't always do. Even though at times your content may be a bit too wholesome for my taste (not judging), I still enjoy coming here and it's nice to have somewhere to go to when feeling at my lowest or I just watched something incredibly stress inducing. I adore how generous your kids are with their toys, especially Duncan. He’s always willing to allow his siblings to help with his builds or play with his toys no matter how new they are - where as me as a kid, I was so independent, I wanted to do everything alone.

I love how you take time and give attention to each gift exchange and make it like a ceremony. The kids are all so patient with themselves and each other- its beautiful. Also, I love all the toys that will help Luke in his physical development. I think I had a similar climber in my PTs office as a young kid. He totally said 'ziggy zag' and I smiled big.

I just love how appreciative these children are. Its very refreshing. I've said that so many times, but it just never ceases to amaze me honestly. All children should be brought up the way these kids have been brought up. Alot of children aren't this lucky which is really sad. So its just nice to see.

There are no fruit "rules" when it comes to Pavlova - just load it up with your preferred favourites. Our New Zealand side of the family typically use kiwi fruit, strawberries, peaches etc and our Australian side fo the family typically use mango, passionfruit, banana and raspberries. But you can also use feijoa, blackberries, pear, pineapple, plums, orange segments, blueberries, fresh mint leaves, hazelnuts, pistachios, persian fairy floss/cotton candy, figs, edible flowers etc. Pavlova is a very traditional Christmas dessert in Australia and New Zealand and we're just super impressed that you guys even know what it is - let alone have made it part of your own Christmas tradition! Merry Christmas! PS For those who are not NZ/Oz based and would like to try making it do a Google search for: New Zealand recipe: "Edmonds Cookbook, pavlova recipe" Australian recipe: "Australian Women's Weekly, pavlova recipe" Pavlova is a type of meringue dessert, but it isn't like traditional, chalky, dry meringue. The recipe includes vinegar which creates a soft, crunchy crust and a very moist, spongy interior. It is always topped with whipped cream and your choice of fresh fruit.

Such a beautiful thing Bailey did, I teared up. I know full-grown adults that aren't as generous as her. Every time I watch ur videos I hope that if I have kids they turn out as lovely and generous as yours seem to be!
