Yes, you can add another layer or tier by adding a second waist band or cord.

Can this be done with artificial tree swags or pick? If so about how many would I need to make this? I love this. Also If I wanted to add ornaments would it be too heavy with the miniature ones perhaps? Thanks for your help

+Savannah Alexander it took about 16 long boughs to go around the skirt, and about 16 shorter boughs. And I think the ornaments would work just fine as long as you wire them to the skirt. Have fun!

This is nice. How long did the the leaves last. I know the smell in the house was AWESOME.

Thank you! I spritzed the leaves with water, and it lasted from Thanksgiving to Christmas. It was definitely dried out by then, but still looked good. And yes, it smells heavenly! Thanks so much for watching, and for your comment!

I have a manequin that someone made for me. Actually, she calls it a doll and she is beautiful. She is wearing an Indian dress right now and needs desperately something Christmassy. I loved your video. I would like to use artificial greenery. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. BTW, my girl's name is Living Room Lucy aka Lucy.

Absolutely stunning! My only question is, is this something that can be used with False branches, and would it be wearable if so? I've seen christmas tree dresses floating about this year on the interwebs and it's always been a question on my mind. would it be wearable, or is it just for show? Still beautiful though :)

+Vampireangel1011 Thanks! You might be able to attach everything to a belt that can be worn over a dress so that the person is protected from being poked by wires or branches. And you could certainly make it with faux greenery.

To make a longer dress on your Christmas tree mannequin, you could tie a second tier of greenery around the hips of the mannequin and cut longer swags of greenery. The layer of greenery from the waist would cover up where the greenery begins at the waist. What a great idea!

only problem I see is this might be gorgeous but an absolute xmas fire hazzard! without water to keep those boughs moist and alive, its a tragic fire just waiting to happen.
