Thank you 🎄 they're as great charity and happy to take handmade items. She said the last lot she'd save for a chrismas so I decided they needed some Christmas soaps
I love these two soaps and the blue sky is beautiful, I love the colour blue, for a long time my favourite colour was green but now it's blue followed by purple, your so kind donating the extra soap to Night Ninjas, I'd love some of the soap scraper tools.
The scrapers really do look great in these Christmas soaps and the snowy drift is a beautiful addition. The Nurture navy blue is beautiful and in my opinion is a perfect navy.
Both of these soaps look amazing, you must be so super please with they way they turned out. The addition of the white MP on top of the multi-coloured trees is a perfect addition. Once again, you have made the perfect colour selection for the perfect soaps. Keep up the fantastic work Keeley 😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩
before you said you had ordered the trial by fire I was going to comment trial by fire is one of the prettiest rides I've ever seen it stays very true even in a fragrance I did the other day with the warm vanilla sugar cookie it still stayed pretty red
Try using a little activated charcoal to get the blue you are after, these are really cute! Very kind of you to donate to the shelters, they need all the help they can get!
Thank you 🧡 the shelter loved the soaps and they're heading out in Christmas hampers. Usually I do add AC to dsrken colours but I was curious how this one would perform.
Both loaves turned out really pretty and I love that you will be donating some of those bars. There are so many in need. More now than ever. Have a wonderful week Keeley.
They turned out amazing. I need to get some scrapers from Lee. I've got her pull through tool and need to get brave and use it . Thanks for another great vid Keeley
I love both soaps. The trees are great. I just started in March this year making soap. Was looking up where you get your scrapers. Going to try to buy some. Thanks for the link.
Cute trees! Reminds me of when it snows here in the Rocky Mountains. Awesome. Love the loaf with the trees on top. Adorable and turned out well. Nice that you are donating it. They will love it. I had virtually given up on Reds last year (threw them in the trash) because they would migrate (bleed) into the other colors. Even after reducing the amount to where, if I did any less, it would be pink. Mentioned this to the Soap Man (Theorglemeister) and he said try, Trial by Fire, it doesn't bleed. I did and he was right. Even said it on the website. Now it is my go to red and I am so glad he suggested it. It's perfect. Just made a loaf with it. Cheers & Blessings 💕
I love it when you laugh in your videos. You have a great laugh :) I was going to add this soap to my order but my guess is I won't like the smell so I grabbed all citrusy and sweets instead ;) Your 'waste' soap is quite pretty. The blue top on the tree one is beautiful. I LOVE the snow drifts. I'd have never thought of that at all!
Thank you 😁 it's a lovely clean fragrance but I think you'll prefer your selection better. Hopefukly with you soon. I thought about the snow after doing the volcano
Great job on the trees! Check out Just Scent in Ohio. I know it's expensive to ship but they have so many scents to choose from. I've just had my 2nd order come.....my name is Judy and I have an addiction! 😁
Thank you 🎄 I remember looking at them years ago when the exchange rate was good. Must look again. We definitely need a FOA - fragrance oil anonymous 😆
I love the scrapers and moulds from wicked lee but tried the trees twice and couldn’t get the tree tops to stay up no matter how long I stirred to harden beforehand. When I scraped it back over I could see the middle tree was only half height. I do have some ‘mean’ cat soaps!
It can be tricky to get the shapes fo hold but I have found it best of the shapers fit your mould so it can't wiggle while you pull along. Try using it upside down
If you haven’t tried it before add a small amount of black oxide or activated charcoal to your navy blue to get more of a true dark blue. It’s the only way I’ve found to get close to that color as I’ve had the same issue with no supplier having a reliable dark blue.
Thank you 🎄 I've done that with a blue from Heirloom and got a lovely dark blue. I was keen to see what this colour would do by itself. Definitely needs a bit of black
