Vegan for close to two years and i'm 6ft3in tall and 16 next month! That's right teens, you don't need Meat, Dairy, Eggs, Animal Protein, or even SUPPLEMENTS to grow and be strong and healthy. Just use the correct foods and FUCK the "Facts" shoved down our throats saying you can't be healthy without the Animal based foods everyone says you need, because in fact it's much more difficult to be healthy with an animal based diet than without it. Any of you trying be a vegan and it seems hard, just know i grew up in an insanely meat filled household (My father basically worshiped it -.- ) and i did it! and so can you! And once you adjust you'll never feel better c:

I'm thinking about being vegan, but I'm not pretty sure because I'm too young and I live with my family, so it would be too dificult to prepare things just for me. And my dad says that I need to be really informated for it to be healthy. Can someone help me?
I just have a quick question. So how can I be vegan without getting sick? I'm asking this because I was a vegetarian for about ten months and then a vegan for about one month but I got very anemic and my doctor told me that I had to go back to eating meat again which made me so sad because I just hated the thought of eating an animal again. I want to become vegan again but I just want to be more educated so that I don't get sick again. If anybody answers I will really appreciate it. :)
if u eat dairy,eggs,and meat watch a documentary called "earthling" and your mind will be fucking blown about how our food is handled and treated. fyi its horrific so enjoy (:

He shouldnt be giving health tips and talking about being well informed about what your putting ij your body. For god dakes he smokes like a pack a day. Not very good for your body.xD Dude is over 6'0 and probably weighs a good 140lbs, doesnt look like that vegan diet is working.xD
