Distinguished theologian, author, and pastor Christopher Ash during the Gheens Lectures 2019 spoke on the Psalms and Christian worship in a series of lectures titled "How Can Christians Sing the Psalms?"
Funny how protestants are now asking how we can sign Psalms. The Psalms have always been sung in the Church's liturgy - whether Catholic, Orthodox, or indeed in some protestant denominations such as Anglicans. It's only with the advent of radical protestantism that the Psalms were no longer sung in Church and everything centred on the sermon.
His voice doesn't exactly come from my culture either, despite the fact that I am English and was born in the south of England. But I found the lectures interesting and the voice not distracting.
