I just discovered your channel, great jam, I just picked up an mc101 a few days ago myself so I have been checking out what other people have been able to do with it.
@@gsweater5544 I am an older rock guitarist (60 years young) and want to start creating electronic music. I use Ableton as my DAW and recently purchased a TR-8S not even knowing about the MC-707. Recently I started seeing a lot of videos of musicians using both the TR-8S and 707 synched together. Do you think investing in the 707 to use in conjunction with TR-8S makes sense? In other words, do you get more value out of 707 because when used with TR-8S there is some cool type of synergy or vibe created? I also own a Moog Sub 37 which I bought 8 years ago never realizing what a great instrument it will be for electronic music. I also need to get a bass synth like a Behringer TD-3, Crave, TB-3, I don't even know what a MX-1 or MC 101 is. I am getting started late in the game so any suggestions as to what gear you would recommend would be dope cool.
Bravo 👏, buen track. Dark tecno?:?
Deux questions: Can the MC 101 be channelled through one of the MX's usb ports? Can the MC-101 then be monitored and mixed in stereo in a DAW? If so I'm bloody getting one to go with my MX-1. Jupiter xm and Logic Pro x!
@@michaelwallsvuxenutbildnin1629 The MC--101 does have AIRA LINK support which is required to be used via the MX-1 USB ports es stated here: rolandus.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039331632-MC-101-AIRA-LINK-Support For the MC-101 to be monitored from the DAW you need to put the MX-1 into EXTERNAL MIXING mode where it basically acts as a 18-port audio interface.
