Christopher Kibanzanga criticizes Rwenzori leaders for not reaching out to victims of violence 

The State Minister for Agriculture, Christopher Kibanzanga, has criticized leaders in the Rwenzori sub-region for spending a lot of time discussing ways of resolving the conflict in workshops instead of reaching out to the perpetrators and victims of the violence that recently rocked Kasese district. He was speaking at a meeting held to select leaders who will mediate the talks between the central government and the Rwenzururu Kingdom.
