Did you know Christopher Walken doesn't own a cellphone or even a computer? Find out why here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GIF3NLxjDmY.html
If figures. He looks like an alien to me. He stood by and looked the other way, while Natalie Wood died in his presence. He should have stopped Wagner from attacking her. You call that a man? Now, 30 years later, he is still lying about it? wow.
It was not, Wagner and Walken were caught in the act and they were afraid she would tell on them is what I have always heard. If that wasn't the truth Walken should have told the truth. He is guilty in her murder just like Wagner since he covered it up.
It’s 100% illegal to withhold evidence like that. Why would Christopher Walken jeopardize his life and job, and everything he’s worked for to protect anyone from such a crime? Makes zero sense.
I'd have to say he's one of my favorite actors. I loved him in SNL's cow bells. I know it's not epic but it really shows what he can do which is anything. Honorable and just a class act. May he live a long happy life. He earned it
Why would Walken want to spend Thanksgiving on a boat with a married couple? Where was his wife on this Thanksgiving day? Doesn't sound right. And why is Walken just now coming up with this info?
Working as a casting director back in NY or LA I'm guessing. The Wagner's invited him onto the boat for Thanksgiving weekend. Him and Wood were making Brainstorm at the time. Wagner may have thought they were making something else.
I never believed her death was an accident. If she was afraid of the water, why would she try to get into the dingy at night, in the cold. It doesn't make sense to me.
I think Wagner and the Captain of the boat, who were both drunk, should be charged with criminal neglect of their passengers on board at the very least. They both had a responsibility to ensure that all passengers on board were safe at all times. This tragedy could have been avoided of she was wearing a life jacket or ski belt. If there was no water found in her lungs, it means she was dead before she hit the water! It also means somebody is lying here! Natalie was a beautiful and very talented actress and did not deserve to die. May she R.I.P. ❤
It makes NO SENSE that he wants to keep his testimony a secret but then now comes out and says 'yeah, it happened as they said it did'. Any detectives in the house? This smells like high octane manure.
Robert kept her from getting into the boat, preventing her to access the latter. He was jealous and fought over Natalie’s attraction to Christopher. Robert had a lot of behind the scenes power in those days.
Christopher Walken is one of my top 10 favorite actors of all time. I'm happy to hear about his 50+ year marriage. I regularly search my streaming devices for "Christopher Walken". I've yet to see a movie he's in that I didn't love. To all of the judges commenting about Natalie's death - you weren't there, so you have no idea what happened... period.
In my personal opinion I do believe that her husband knew of her being terrified of dark water and during an argument he then pushed her in and watched her drown. There were witnesses hearing her calls for help but then the cries for help went quiet. Christopher was not involved. He stayed in his room when the shouting began between Natalie and Robert. I believe he has a sense of guilt.
EVERYBODY knew of Natalie's fear and her husband, as the closest person to her, would be more aware of this than anybody. He killed her, plain and simple.
O.K. - My good friend was anchored not 40 yards from Wagners yacht in Avlon that night. Water magnifies sound, Natalie would have yelled if in the water, there was no sound of being in trouble that night she died. Wagner got away with it !!!
But the woman in the boat was interviewed and she came out saying her n Weismuller who was her boyfriend...BOTH very well swimmers n him an Olympian swimmer were attacked for years for not helping Natalie out of the water because she admitted Natalie was crying out for help 😒 apparently Weismuller convinced her not to jump in incase something goes wrong in the water which to me sounds very selfish if she's that good as a swimmer as she claims.
@shirleyminassian1547. Being a good swimmer is in no way the same as knowing how to rescue someone from the water! It can be very dangerous for the rescuer, especially if the drowning person is panicking, because they can unintentionally take you down with them. I'm old now, but was a surfer chick in SoCal for decades. Most surfers have some training in water rescue as did I, but it can be extremely dangerous, especially when rescuing a panicking person who is of your own size or larger. N. Wood had been deathly afraid of the water since childhood. She would have been panicking like crazy. She was also intoxicated, and the fact that it was dark out only makes the situation worse. The first rule of rescue from any situation is to NEVER attempt it if there is a strong possibility that you yourself would die in the attempt. God bless! 🤗🇲🇽
@MexicoDigDoctor Thank you for your reply, that's what Weismuller said to her apparently, that should anything go wrong she will lose her life too, with your experience you've confirmed it to be correct, the whole situation is horrible.
I think if the family took Wagner and prosecuted in a civil court, the family would have won. He knew Natalie was afraid of water and couldn't swim. He eas a part of all the heavy drinking. Wagner lost 0:00 his temper and smashed glass out of jealousy. They got into a heated fight. One of the biggest fights according to the Captain he had ever heard. Wagner knows ehat happened from there. (Natalie had many bruises on her body. Not consistant with falling in water or rubbing against boat. Wagner told sea captain not to call police upon finding Natalie missing. Why? If you love someone you would immediately summon for help. Where was Walden? If Wagner was frought. The captain was looking to call police. Wouldn't they have woken Walden? Than why when Walden finally spoke about Natalie didn't he mention all these details on how and why they finally notified the police. Think he isnt being truthful!
It's hard to know whether he's laughing WITH you or AT you. He moves easily between being in a problem, and being above it. He conveys being an Angel of Evil or an Angel of Good. He is a Street Smart Man, yet he's CLASSY.
I don’t care how many accolades or awards he wins for mugging in front of a camera. He and Wagner are chumps. They must know something and in honor of Natalie‘s memory They oughta come out and tell the public exactly what they know - but they won’t because one or both of them would be incriminated, these guys are pathetic.
This is nothing but a bunch of coverups and it has gotten tiresome. The truth will never come out. Only God knows the truth. Let the poor woman rest in peace.
@@degsbabe I understand what you’re saying, but I was merely speaking of the narrative itself. These individuals will never confess to telling the truth. They will take the events of that fateful night to their graves and it’s really nothing you, me or anyone else can do about it. So to me at least, it’s as if we’re beating a dead horse for a lack of a better phrase, to try to get any kind of different information, or arriving at any different conclusion of the events that night. Natalie Wood was one of my favorite actresses. I miss her dearly and it’s ashamed she left this earth the way she did. On the other hand, the people that she left behind, need to continue to celebrate her life and all the accomplishments she achieved while she was here on earth. She was a great actress, a great mother, and a great person. Let’s remember her as such and move forward. Life is for the living. Wagner and Walken will have their day in court, heavenly court. They will be dealt with at that time. Until then, I’ve enjoyed reading the comments about this, however, this will be the last time I will be speaking on this topic.
Didnt Christopher retire to his stateroom/ bedroom while Wagner and his wife Natalie were arguing.?.So he never saw her go overboard.Still very suss. And when the case was reopened Robert Wagner was named "a person of interest".Food for thought.
Yep a true classic. After I saw that I went and got me a cow bell. That was about 30 years ago. Its still hanging out front of my home cause I need more cow bell
Christopher knows what happened and will never tell us, I think because he's partly responsible in some way. Fascinating actor though. If you haven't seen him in the 1990 film *The Comfort of Strangers* starring the ravishing, late Natasha Richardson, I recommend it.
Walken may well be THE most fascinating actor anywhere. Well, I'll make room for Pacino too. All his work is so memorable, and what a "look"! "Endearing" is a good word to describe his stage and screen work.
Not sure why we're looking to Walken to provide anything definitive on this, since he was closed up in his room during Natalie's death. Unless Wagner confesses he was at least present when she died and tells us what actually happened, or Natalie's ghost rises up and tells us, I don't believe we'll ever really know the truth.
A nice mini-retrospective on Christopher Walken. Only a small portion addresses the title subject, and even then, nothing new. I enjoy this channel, however.
Robert Walker's subsequent interviews don't do anything to exonerate him of some kind of culpability in what happened to her that night, direct or indirect. He is so obviously, blatantly hiding the truth.
In what sentence does Christopher Walken breaks his silence? Because; I watched your video and I heard nothing to believe he confessed that he knows. Does he even speak or is this all old footage? I am sick of these titles that say, he confesses when he doesn’t. This is lying and misrepresentation of what you are going to report. This is Sensationalism. Why do you call yourself Facts Verse, when you have no facts, at all? We all want to know but don’t lie.
Walken went to bed leaving Ms. Wood and Wagner alone. The Captain was in his qaurters. There was a very loud fight between Wood and Wagner. The Captain heard it and Walken surely did. A woman on a boat about 100 yeards away hesrd a woman screaming. She thought the woman was screaming help me. It seems obvious to me that Wagner struck Wood. He may have strangled her to death. Likely not intentional murder but now she is dead. So, lower her into the water and release the dingy. This is most likely what happened. The woman who heard the scream/cry for help soon after recieved a note in her office mailbox suggesting she keep quiet about what she heard if she valued her life. I di not believe that Walken or the Captain witnessed her death. Walken's career was climbing and speaking out could have ruined it.
I believe that Thomas Naguchi, the famous "Coroner of the Stars" agreed that it was an accident compounded by alcohol intake. Wood always fled rooms when people argued, and she evidently slipped and fell after releasing an inflatable craft. She tried to make it to shore, but hypothermia and the weight of the water in her clothes defeated her. Check Naguchi's books.
I love and admire Natalie Wood and Christopher Walken. Wood’s absence is still missed. Why couldn’t Walken state this earlier?? Since it would have corroborated statements and evidence back then? Silence for this long,I hate say-is really weird.
No i think Natalie 9:34 Woods death was, definately NOT AN ACCIDENT, because she and R. Wagner had a turbulent marriage which they were known for in Hollywood so I have read about. She was a cute little girl and a pretty adult, but I think she should have married someone else.
Oh for Heaven's sake! I remember when this accident happened! Natalie had on a heavy fur coat, was very drunk, and fell overboard! Beginning and end of story! Now, please leave these old men in peace!
I have always thought Christopher Walken is a great actor. I love him. As for Natalie Wood's Death, I believe there was more going on that night. She went overboard and cried for help but no one rescued her 😢 I wish her Peace.
Christopher Walden has long been one of my favorite actors! I believe him when he says it was just an accident and have always thought that myself. Let it go!
Natalie got off that boat fast when she saw what she saw. Natalie Wood was terrified of water and had bad dreams throughout her life of drowning so getting off that boat (in a dingy) was not easy for her. I worked for the director of Brainstorm, Doug Trumbull. Walken/Wagner...PITCHER/CATCHER...Do I need to paint a picture for you?
hell no it was no accident. according to Noguchi, Ms Wood had no water in her lungs, and also her bladder was full. if you are in the water about to drown and you are panicking, your bladder will void itself . i firmly believe she was dead before she went into the water.
This is nothing but a PR piece. He tells you nothing about what happened the night Natalie drowned and skips over his lies to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office in 1981, and in magazine articles, specifically Playboy and The Face, thereafter. I tried to interview Walken before my book on Natalie's death, Brainstorm, was published. If you want to know the truth about Natalie's death, you should read it. I am giving all author profits to charity. I am also going to be interviewed about this video tonight for posting soon. Stay tuned for the facts.
Rumour is Robert Wagner is bisexual and Woods caught him and Walken getting it on, booze and bad choices led to what happened, the secret is not how she died but what triggered the event; it was a tragic accident and the incident should be laid to rest
HERES MY THEORY natalie and robert were always fighting and getting drunk and that night robert and natalie were on top of the splendor robert pushed her as they were fighting he panicked and went down stairs chris was sleeping and robert and the boat capt were discussing and then they started looking for her they never bothered chris because he was sleeping
I thank Walken is not telling the truth because all of in the west has gotten extremely drunk fell into the sea and almost every time it sober you up. I think Natalie Wood was knocked out and pushed into the ocean. I don't care how drunk she was it would have sobered and able to swim to safety.
