Why full spectrum in the morning? Wouldnt that amount to too much blue first thing? Consdiering there would be less blue light in the morning in regular sunlight. Also - did you review the blockbluelight biolight full spectrum + infrared panel? It has infrared aswell - how does it compare to this one? Thanks! Good content :)
@@BlueLightDiet This is so much better than almost every other SAD light. Now the only thing that's missing is a little bit of infrared and a tiny amount of modifiable amount of UVA and UVB and it's almost there.
