Chrome opening unwanted websites automatically in android phone fix 

I did fix it... not work, I need help

Brother please help me my problem is not like yours... When I watch something and play something the localhost: 9000 kept appearing for 70 times already.. I deleted chrome but the problem is not solved Google is still trying to get me into localhost page... So can you help me brother 🙏🏻🙏🏻😭??
