This video is for anyone having trouble with the Chromebook 11 G6 EE that doesn't turn on or charge. No charging light indicator nothing it's just dead. It's an easy fix if you're not scared to open up your device. If you you're ready press play and follow along as I show you how to bring your device back to life.

The battery is stuck onto it how do I get it off please respond asap

The battery has screws that you have to remove if you want to take out the battery. If you mean that the "battery connector" is stuck then try using some tweezers to pull it out.
