At my doctors appointments my holistic doctor (she is great) I tell her things and she just stares at me and nods trying to process what I just told her. I think I shock her with all my symptoms. So we’ve all been there.😂 I wanted to thank you and your family for your advice on getting a wheelchair. This week I’m renting one to see if I like the type of chair and make sure it’s what I want. We will probably end up buying the same chair new (it’s a Medline wheelchair). I thought that I would feel uncomfortable going shopping in a chair. I was worried people would stare. Instead, people did watch because they wanted to make sure they were out of my way. I felt that I deserved a wheelchair because I needed it. It felt right.😊 Do you have any advice on what to do with your items you’re going to buy while shopping? I just set them on my lap. I was considering a sack to put on the back of the chair, but I don’t want it to look like I’m shoplifting.😂 Don’t feel like you’re depressing to watch. It shows the reality of being chronically ill. I’m in the same boat. I spend all day on the couch/bed in pain and exhausted from my CFS. You’re just being real, and I appreciate it.❤️
You’re so welcome! That’s what this channel is for! I hope your rental went well and that you know what to look for when buying your chair now. I’ve found most people are very nice and move out of the way and take extra care so I’m glad you have too. In England we have trolleys that attach to the wheelchair but if I’m honest I’ve never used one and have also never done a food shop because my parents do it. I appreciate your support x
Try to research chiara malformation I have pots and EDS and this pain is severe and I finally got mri and started u need another doc I hate it when they are clueless and u are the one with so much knowledge
