Nice video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Tarbbatigan Charter Access Tip (search on google)? It is a smashing one off guide for learning the secret to reversing your kidney disease minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got great results with it.

why doesn't calcium go up as well with phosphate during the initial decrease in GFR?

yeah it seems weird,because the higher PTH sould increase calcium :O

@@makyd6275 Well it does go up as said in the video but CKD progresses further then again calcium decreases due to the same reason mentioned in the beginning and then PTH level increase further..this cycle keeps going till CKD is so severe that despite lot of PTH calcium still remains low..

so if i get this right -- in the beginning of ckd there is hypocalcemia, but after metabolic acidosis progresses, there is hypercalcemia?
