Mate, I truly appreciate you helping newcomers to Chronicles of Darkness better understand how to run a good game. I bought all the books and plan to run each game individually with friends (one shots apiece) before doing a game that includes all splats.

In Chronicles of Darkness Virtues/Vices can be player dictated. There are dozens of example ones in the book. The 7 Virtues and Vices is a hold over from previous versions. CofD is 2e.
