Our arrangement of "Chrono Trigger" (the main theme of the game) by Yasunori Mitsuda. Recorded in the Center for Studies in Music Technology at the Yale School of Music in June of 2014.

Awesome guys, really great stuff. I love how you leave the spaces there without feeling the need to fill then. Also, the phrasing and interactions of your melodies are very satisfying. Gotta point out the sensitivity in the drummer's playing, too. A joy to hear, you guys. Many video game covers are just rote repetitions of the melody with no consideration for musical playing.

The drummer... oh man. I’m a drummer, and I love this cats brush work. Just as I was having feelings like “I hope he plays it this wa...” BOOM! Nice feel and cooler than cool texture Reminds me of the Chick, Vinnie, Pettetucci version of Spain that is floating around on youtuve

I genuinely can't get enough of this piece. It works so perfectly. It's been almost 4 years since it was uploaded, and somehow I'm still holding out hope that they'll perform more Chrono Trigger/Cross tracks. A guy can hope, right?

one of my favorite cover EVER! my only personal gripe I have is that I wish the drums had a little bit more of a kick to them. Bass and vibraphone are complete powerhouses, but they'd be nothing if it weren't for the drummer carrying them along. amazing performance all around!!

When Yasunori Mitsuda got ill due to stomach ulcers while working for the music scores in Chrono Trigger for SNES back in 1995. Nobou Uematsu filled in to complete the remaining music works for the game. 10 Tracks to be exact.
