zoharさんのアレンジです。 zoharさんのもうひとつのヴァージョンの中間部のアルペジオを追加しました。 I often do personal Piano live at niconico live channel →com.nicovideo.j... ivory german d recital
Absolutely masterful, somehow even better than the zohar original. I can tell you really understand the soul of the music with the way you move your hands. There is some real magic here for those of us lucky enough to have found it. Thank you
Its good, but i dunno If I would say better than zohars, in my opinion zohars rendition had a bit more feeling in it. This is very close but zohars felt like you could sense every emotion in the way that he moved and hit the notes, this is moreso replicating that feeling that zohar brought up, rather than trying to make us experience something new while staying true to zohars arr. in my mind thats the only way someone could surpass zohar in these songs
@daigoro789 Thank you for viewing this video and comment. Sorry there are some mistakes although I tryed recording repeatly. I am going to play this song from now on.
Great playing. I haven't found anyone doing the complete second arrangement though, other than you playing the cadenza section. Is Zohar still making arrangements? I've recently re-started learning piano and most of the songs I've been learning are from Zohar. Hope he's still active!
oh man!!! YESSSSSSS!!! this was AMAZING!!!! oh man - and you played the difficult version of the song! you're my hero man!!! and played so well! i'll be listening to this piece on repeat for a long time! i can't thank you enough for uploading this and showing us all that it is possible to play this piece and so beautifully too :))) thank you thank you and a million thank yous more ^_____^
Can you please play this arrangement slower and in a camera angle that shows how to play this? I have been trying to learn the part at 2:23 - 3:00 by ear but I can only learn so much without seeing your hands in a first person angle like in your tutorial for corridors of time.
its wonderful that he played the version with the cadenza but a tad unfortunate that he didnt play all the re-arranged parts in the arrangement, such as the super classy jazz intro, especially since those parts are definitely not as challenging as those 2 handed arpeggios. Wonderful job, perhaps you should change the title to let viewers know this is zohar's second arrangement of secret of the forest =D
I liked how you set up the performance. Dark room, professional outfit, and very skilled, clean hands. I love how this delivers a dark depressing mood towards my mind. Score 10+/10
Ahhh okay, I wondered why the (2) version looked a lot different, not only in the cadenza, but in all the other parts. I have no idea what the rest of the (2) version would sound like then. I might do the same and insert it into the first version. (RJmusic86 here, other account)
It's beautiful but I feel like the arpeggio part near the middle lasted so long I forgot what song I was listening to ^^; Still gorgeous and really brought out the full potential of the song.
Amazing performance! Zohar would be proud :) What happened beyond 2:21 :O I didn't expect that but it sounded awsome, improv? I'm trying to learn this nice piece of music and by viewing your performance you helped me out with some finger positioning troubles. Thanks.
@kanakanakanaish my pleasure, my pleasure! man, the mistakes were so few and barely noticable, you're so humble - this recording was AMAZING, of that there is no question! i sure hope that you plan to upload some more zohar in the future (i'm still working on mine, but it should be ready fairly soon :)))
I absolutely love how good the quality of the sound and video are, especially by today's standards. And the playing itself... I am at a loss for words, it is better than I could have ever expected. I really like it!
hmmmm...but as you yourself say, this isn't exactly the 2nd arrangement at all - as the opening is taken from the first - so to call it either would not completely reflect the truth - the truth being that it is a combination of both :P
I really like this song.. no matter how many times i hear it. Zohar is awesome, and so are you KANAKANA.. both of you deserve an award for your hardwork!
I dont know english enough to be able to express my love and bliss with this cover. I didn't played CT, but i like the soundtrack, especially this one, i can feel so much magic, resilience and sadness. This cover just improves all of it, thx for giving us this piece 💜 Hugs from Brazil
How come you are not famous. You deserve more views.Love the hypnotic charm of this piece.Btw love those arpeggios starting 2.25.So beautiful. You posses such fine technique and touch.Hope someday I will be able to play like you.
Yes they are he released 2 versiones I also thought to myself "hmmm I don't remember that part" but went on to see the sheet and found I had 2 versions from zohar XD
lol then he should prolly label it as such then ^o^. Its a really great run isnt it? This piece has been trolling me for a while, picked it up and got frustrated and relinquished the sheets to the winds XD!
FRANCO DI NITTO (Las ergens dat u Nederlands talig bent) Toeval wil dat ik zojuist u heb beluisterd met dit nummer. Ga ook nog wat bij uw video schrijven. Nog een fijne avond. Groeten van Gitta
I checked with the Japanese BBS "2ch". On 2ch zohar himself wrote comments. He uploaded second arrangement of "Secret of the forest" on YT. Intro and arpeggios are in first arrangement. Sorry, I am poor at English.
