Cops have the guy's license plate number, so should be easy enough to go find and arrest him.

I'm wondering if maybe the cop recognized the car from the first encounter but never got a good read on the license plate before he got away (?). I'd think if the cops have a plate number they would track down anyone who participated in a high speed chase and got away.

You can't arrest someone because you chased their car before. Honestly in these situations once you get away at all for a period of time when court hits you 1 . know you're not fuckibg with anyone who just gon lay down And 2. It doesn't prove who the driver was, that's the only person who committed a crime. Honestly he needs to retire if he isn't worth enough to the DEPT to get a Taurus, a plug in tune and a few intake and exhaust adjustments

Bruh if you get outrun while driving an ecoboost taurus with the same shits as a SHO and can invest a few bands and wtite that shit off so nothing shot of a cat gob outrun you just put your two weeks in as an officer. You can go UC, yku cant drive, you MIGHT be ok at the range but you aint got the heart to pull on nobody.
