Wow, this legit worked for me! Exact same issue! Ordered the “lite” version. Ordered the part on Wednesday afternoon and got Friday morning. Popped in the relay, moved the 20 and 10 fuses on the board. Our Chrysler Town and Country 2013 was started within 2 mins.

I agree absolutley fantastic company. I unfortunatley had a mechanic change my fuel pump insisting that was the issue, Well , it wasnt ! I searched and found Vertical Visions and this is a god send on my Ram 1500 ! absolutley an amazing product and a permanant fix ! I used the jumper wire first and then bought this piece, just awesome ! only wish I didnt do the fuel pump... A new TIPM is 1000 bucks ! this is 60 bucks and is simply amazing. Over the last 3 years I have been through 2 batteries and 2 alternators. Occasional ignition problems requiring me to remove the keyless ignition button and use the fob didn’t set off any red flags over the years because I thought it was an occasional random fob problem. After the most recent alternator repair it was a few days later that the ignition/starting problem made it harder and harder to start. I used remote start for awhile, but even that didn’t work all the time. After finding this RU-vid video (THANK YOU) I researched this product and company and all the symptoms seemed to match up. I never had the relay go out while driving... it was just incredibly hard to start up until I installed this relay bypass and got EXACTLY what I needed to ensure we wouldn’t be stranded somewhere taking 10 key turns to start ever again. I ordered Sunday night 3/14, it shipped Monday morning 3/15 and I just got in the mail this evening 3/17 and it’s working GREAT! Huge relief! Quick reference... some on here have said to “beware to not keep the vehicle in accessory” with the key because the pump will run.... that is NOT TRUE. The pump only engages at the keys second click or buttons second push for pre-ignition.

So glad I stumbled upon this video, have a 2011 t&c that had this issue and vertical vision fixed it

My 2007 Caravan would not start even though it had been running good previously. Solution was to replace the battery in the Key. This is very common because it is an antitheft feature and is designed to shut down the engine if the key is not present.

Was the issue that there was no crank to the starter at all? Our problem is exactly that, there's either no problem or there's no sound and crank at all.

Will this fix my issue? Had my 2013 about a year now, and last night the starter kept cranking. Sounded like the engine was running but probably not. It stayed in what sounded like a cranking state for 2 to 3 seconds, then stopped. I let it sit for a second, then pushed the button again and it started normal. Is this relay my problem? My 2012 Routan keeps draining the battery. I think the fuel pump stays on. Will this work for that problem?

Ok I have a 2012 T/C with about 160k Went to get brakes and rotors at meineke after I drove the car home I noticed something wasn't right it just sluggish like somebody had the brakes on they were smoking squealing finally I called them up again told him something's not right drove the vehicle 15 minutes to the shop 5 miles away no problems with van parked and the mechanic went out to van and would not start dead battery took it in the shop they said battery and alternator not charging finally found out that the brake problem was the caliper had froze driver side wheel which they should have seen that when they did the $400 brakes/rotors in the first place then charge me $100 for the brake caliper which was on the driver side. Now said it is throwing different codes and I have to take it to the dealer shop to have it fix they think it is the fuze box . I have never had any problem with the van until they did the brakes no lights no warning nothing.? Any idea

Good Day to you..I have a 2012 T/C Chrysler had this problem they fixed my fuel pump and still no crank then we bought the bypass everything worked great now it's winter and the colder it is the car is harder to start and now that the temp is 8° outside the car wont start at all...Is it just because its to cold ,do I need another bypass?

I think I have the problem that this might be the solution. My 2011 Chrysler Town n Country gets stuck in the cranking state. Sometimes it will start right up but other times it takes 4x or 13x. It is quite sporadic. I have had the fuel pump replaced recently as my mechanic thought this was the problem. $750 later I still have the same problem. The other problem that I now have is something keeps draining the battery. I have replaced the battery recently as well so the battery is good. Could this same problem be draining my battery?

my minivan 2010 town & country won't start a engine, it just crank sound 10 second and engine dead. I took battery, starter and alternator to autozone, but it all passed ππ next chech point is fuel pump π Is this product will fix my problem???

I'm having a issue with my 2013 TNC last night the engine light and lightning bolt came on it looked as bright as a Xmas tree. Thank God I was only about ½ mile from home cuz I lost power. Today I went out and it started right up only light that came on was the check engine light no lightning bolt. Oh I forgot to add that in the ½ mile drive home it started to smoke I was unable to see where it was coming from due to the darkness. My van is how I make money anyone with any tips or recommendations will be appreciated
