I simply must ask how you get your baby to wear all that crocheted garb? I already know my two just wouldn't have any of it. Is this something you started with your kitty at a young age?
Hi and thanks for asking! Yes, Melba is very used to our little games and seems to mostly enjoy them. I don't push her and if she's had enough or doesn't feel like it, she of course gets the final word. She gets lots of attention and time with me and she's paid well in supermeowdel treats so she's happy to jump up onto the stool and pose for a minute or two. She's also been trained from 3 months old to go out on leash (she comes hiking with us) so she was used to wearing a harness and a bandana (a bright one so if she escapes it's easier to find her). On cold days she also wears a warm sweater or jacket. 🥰
@@CatventurousCrochet Awe. That's just too cute. I'm so glad you get to take her hiking with you. I've always wanted to have a cat that would go everywhere with me but it wasn't until a few years ago that I finally understood it took a lot of time, patience, and effort to get kitties comfortable with doing things like riding in cars and walking on leashes. I guess I can try with the next one I get. Thank you so much for responding. I truly appreciate that you took the time. I absolutely love the name you chose for your channel. So creative.
