Most likely, Flash. I think that programs more on the expensive side though... I don't know much about it other than it's really good for animations like this. You can make yours a lot better though. Some TV cartoons use the same program.
I could do more. They're really time consuming though. I lost a lot of my CEC library though so I don't have much I'd want to animate. I've got a couple of them uploaded though on the internet somewhere
the animation is better than the real thing. just think what you can do with animation like this instead of seeing the real thing. you can make the drummer drum better they could really jam a reaaly good song.
