Apart from having more cheese this looks like a typical no name store bought pizza but a lot more expensive. Thanks for the review.

Frozen pizza's at kroger are always expensive unless you get them on sale. I'm sure this same pizza would be less at Walmart or Meijer at a retail price.

Tried the pepperoni one today and I was pleasantly surprised. The crust and cheese were very good but the sauce was the star of the show. Very flavorful and a bit of spice to it. I felt it was well worth the $6 I payed. Much better than anything else at or below that price point.

I always put a tiny bit of olive oil or butter under a frozen crust pizza...tastes way better that way...

SAME! I use both olive at the bottom of the pan & crust and real butter on the crust after it’s done! Delicioso 😋

I always love hearing about new frozen pizzas. That one looked surprisingly floppy. You might want to try cooking it straight on the rack without any sort of pan when you try the pepperoni. My go-to frozen pizza is Tony's. It's the best of the cheaper offerings. DiGiorno's are the best I've tried if you don't mind the higher price. What kind do you folks typically get?

Good morning Tami and Kevin Terrific review and I agree. Sounds like a nice pizza but I agree the price for it is same as a Motor City or Screamin and I rather buy them n enjoy. Thank you so much. I’m sure if the kids saw this in the store it would be in my cart, lol! Can’t wait to hear what pepperoni taste like soon. Have a fun and enjoyable day.

Fun fact in Spokane Washington you can go into a Chuck E Cheese and order a cheese or a Peperoni for $5.00 cooked and get it to go... Side note. It's the same frozan pizza..... . Next you all need to try 7 11 pizza. They cook it for you in the store. You can even get it delivered from their 7 11 app...

Came across these last week and was waiting for your review. And I agree 100% with the review. Specially the price. Should be between Tombstone and Red Barron price! Not Homerun Inn - Outsiders Pizza price range!

They permanently closed 47 stores during the pandemic. Maybe these pizzas are a last ditch effort to try to stay in business.

They must have listened to you Tammy because now they are 5.99 at kroger. I bought the pepperoni one and thought 6.99 was high too. Glad they listened. I said it should be 5.00. I thought the pizza was good , but motor city pizza is my favorite right now. I like the meat pizza .

I really want to try this. Have you guys tried Wild Mikes frozen pizza? Great value and taste. They are over 2 pounds. Not sure if you have them in Kentucky but we have them in Ohio. I highly recommend them!

I will admit that if I am going to buy frozen pizzas then it won't be this unless I can get the crust to be crispier. I love thin & crispy crusts. I don't like too much dough when it comes to pizza. Its all about the toppings for me! However, I remember going to Chuck E. Cheese's all the time when I was a kid... loved that place lol

Two years later I do have to say this. The cheese pizza usually runs around $6.99, BUT you can’t find a healthier frozen pizza for this price. Low calorie, high protein. I add my own toppings to the cheese and it does wonders (cheese is still fine on its own, but nothing to write home about). I dare somebody else to find a pizza at this price, has twice as much protein as fat (and as many grams), and/or doesn’t taste like cardboard. Bodybuilders dream pizza.

I had no idea Chuck E Cheeze marketed frozen pizza. I agree it's overpriced for what it is. But then again it's not much priced different than what they sell in their restaurants. It's been at least 30 years since I've been in a Show Biz / Chuck E Cheeze pizza though so I can't testify to quality comparison.

just looks like a $2 Tony's pizza. what a ripoff. it's not the same anyways having a frozen pizza. it's all about the atmosphere and memories of childhood at the actual location. the pizza was never great to begin with. they also changed their pizza recipe a couple years ago which angered alot of old fans. it's just not the same as it used to be. it's a shame that we can't get what we had as kids there again.

@@TamiDunn yea i went 2 years ago to my friend's sons birthday party at one. it's not even 5% like in our childhood. pizza is 110% different, they don't have the animatronic shows and the whole atmosphere just feels like any regular food entertainment like arcade. not worth a visit anymore even for nostalgia because it's not there 😥

Now this is hubris. A children’s restaurant notorious for serving pizza that most adults agree barely qualifies as food assumed that their culinary abominations (after being subjected to the rigors of freezing) would be just as marketable outside their budget theme parks, where there are whole aisles of edible alternatives.

My fav frozen pizza is CPK signature pepperoni 😍🙌🏽 everyone try it lol you won’t be disappointed but as some one who used to work at Chuck E. Cheese and make the pizzas this one just looks disgraceful compared to the in store product. I still go there occasionally to grab togo pizzas but would never get that frozen stuff.

Honestly… I have heard really positive things abt the food at chucky cheese… I’m not sure how closely this resembles their actual food though… I would not pay $7 for it though…

I remember Show Biz when I was a kid too. This looks like a cheap frozen pizza with Chuck E. Cheese's stamp on it. I don't need a frozen pizza destroying my memory of Chuck E. Cheese.

Our favorite brand (Motor City Pizza) is about $6.48, but it's top quality pizza. This one shouldn't have been that much.

I think $6.99 is quite pricey for a cheese pizza that really isn’t that special. That’s what would steer me away is the crust. It’s funny that Chuck E. Cheese Pizza would be coming out with a frozen pizzas, because, even though it’s been awhile since, I been to a Chuck E. Cheese Pizza, the last time, I ate there Restaurant, I thought it was okay but, not the best. I remember Show Biz, they seemed to have a much better quality pizza.

Who goes there for the pizza? Lol! I'd rather buy a different brand if I had to as well... You could buy seven Celeste pizzas instead and those aren't terrible for what they are... Would be better if you were buying for a kid's party since everyone would get their own.

So when my son had a bday party for turning 6 yrs old we went to Chuck E. Cheese for his party and my son was picky about his food especially cuz he had an allergy to milk peanuts ect but him and all his friends ate the pizza and didn't complain so it must have been ok but i didn't care for it too much. It's ok but like you both said the crust is what made me not like it a whole lot. I'm more of a digorno or tombstone pizza kind of girl myself. I tried tonys and lots a mottza(that pizza made me physically sick stimach issues throwing up it was not pretty. I'll just stick to my tombstone or digorno. I also really like little Cesars some people say it taste like cardboard i don't think so tostinos pizza is the one that tastes like either brick or cardboard for me Anyways. This pizza is junk!! No cheese on pizza I got maybe half that cheese. Crust is like cardboard flavorless and so crunchy. Reminds me of like a fair pizza. Tasteless crunchy pizza. Try wild mikes pizza any of them. Great big cheap pizza.
