Norwalk, California opened back on October 29, 1991 with what was at the time new: The Road Stage!(and Phase 3) They stayed like that until the late 2000s with Phase 4, since then they've remained the same. This Location is infamous for the clip from TPM vids that had Chuck E. Turned off.
