I think that it was an old vhs camcorder because I saw somebody at the spot he was at the beginning of the video and he had something that looked like an old vhs camcorder.
White Settlement (the store shown here) was a prototype Phase 4 store. Proto-P4 stores were a select few stores remodeled around 2003 as an early test of the concept. The infamous "Kid" posters seen in most P4 stores had not yet been produced, so they kept the old P3 record posters.
