CEC Illinois It's actually because Pasqually is missing his marvelous mustache. RIP Pasqually's superb facial hair :( (There are a few other things wrong but, I'm honestly jealous since this stage is still way better than the NC Wilmington 3-Stage's current condition as of right now D': Let's just hope they can get a bigger budget for the show, otherwise we might eventually lose not only another PizzaCam, but also the last Munch Jr. *sobs*
CEC Illinois Well Wilmington may be a very slight bit better mechanically but, it's a little hard to tell for sure since I'm going off memory. Mr Munch is probably the worst with his mech and cosmetics. I don't have any current vids (as the last few trips there, I haven't had enough time to stay for more than one show so I've been leaving my camera in the car since I know if I don't I'll lose track of time and end up staying for like 3-6 hours, meaning having to go on the long trip back home in the dark.) but, I'll try to see if I can upload a short example from last Christmas to give an idea of how bad he actually was back then (as all of my normal vids of the store from then were actually edited to only show the characters when they were at their best during that trip).
Windows Dylan Jasper's hat is tilted downward a bit. Munch has his same mask except that the teeth are making the mouth not close. Helen's eyelids are not Pasqually's. They are painted.
