The mere mention of Bryce's name brought back the hell Chuck endured and like that, he was fucked three times in one life time. Chuck isn't the kind of guy to get angry but.....goddamn it. I felt so bad for the guy.
This scene really was pointless, considering she actually would decide not to leave with Bryce. And, she had already made it clear to Chuck that she considered it to be real, in the previous episode. So what exactly was the point, here?

To me season 4 is better than this. I mean we all know that Sarah fell for chuck in the first episode. It just that season 2 is full of plastic relationship between the two with sarah faking her emotion most of the time. At the very least in season 4 she is actually honest with her feeling.
How could Chuck not realize from the get go that once he got the intersect out, the BEST case scenario was that Sarah would be reassigned and off to another location and cover. She sure as hell wouldn't be working at the orange place. More likely scenario, he's terminated.
Me- you'd choose bryce over chuck shaw and brawny guy... damn Sarah chucks like a rebound rebound. The man said he love you more times than I can count. The Ending...So you gave me a vague image of the future ok then i see you've chosen death.
Well as far as there's some truth regarding your comment about bryce but unfortunately I can't agree with you regarding shaw. In fact it was the other way around. Shaw is more of rebound guy for Sarah to move on from Chuck. But without a doubt, this scene is really a heart breaking scene. To be fair after this, there is a scene where chuck turns her down at the train station which hurt even more considering that it was the first time Sarah ever open her heart to other people and get wrecked on the spot.
