My second "big" ride with the V-Strom 650 was on Chuckanut Drive in Washington state followed by an attempt to get to Mount Baker. We hit some rain shortly after crossing into the USA but it dissipated while we had lunch in Fairhaven. Chuckanut Drive was great despite the car traffic but our ride to Mount Baker was stopped by rain that became more intense as we approached the base of the mountain.
