Well I always thought Barry was the smart at time, even at times when he can be. Like in the ep with the cake crusher, Barry was really smart I’m that ep and in the ep when they were in the airport and there was a thief about , Barry knew something was wrong when he carried her suitcase and Barry always question Should he do something when he not shaw if Paul says to do something when we know it going to go wrong so really Barry is smarter than Paul really.
