Man, seeing this just makes me sad that we can't raid the BBC archives and get every episode in their highest quality, logoless. Damn it BBC, give the Chuckle Brothers some love.
Ok this might seam like a weird question but thought you might be a good person to ask since you have done a good job of keeping chuckle vision preserved. I have a hard drive with every single episode of the queens nose and i kinda want to upload it since atm seasons 4 to 7 are kinda lost media rn. I would love to upload them to yt but from what iv seen any time anyone try's to upload anything but season's 1 to 3 they get nuked and there channel gets banned. i might try anyway but just in case is there a safe website i could maybe try to upload theses to just so fokes will be able to access them without them getting banned or taken down. really annoys me that this show from my childhood is soo hard to find online and ik there's others that would love to revisit it but cant cus the bbc doesn't believe in preserving there old shows apparently.
You could either upload them to Dailymotion or Google Drive. With option 2 you would need some good space so depending on the size for those 4 series it probably will bigger than 15GBs. If that isn't an option that you can upload them to Dailymotion. That is where I put my New Worst Witch uploads and Bernard's Watch which were getting blocked by ITV. After what I tend to do is a RU-vid redirect video with links to the episodes. Because there may be many many links in the descprtion and due to the character limit of the descrpiton I end up using tinyurl which will shrink the long dailymotion link into a much samller link which won't have much issues. If you decide to do Google Drive instead you can put the full link in descrption without too much issues as it would be one link. Make sure the folder is accesable to anyone with the link instead of being private.
@@ChucklevisionEntertainment ill have a look into dally motion thx. if it wasn't for the fact iv seen youtube destroy peoples channels before for uploading thoses seasons i would have just thrown them up but all that would do is get my account blocked and the episodes would still be lost hopefully they stay up long enough for someone else to make a backup of them so its not just me who has them XD
It should be fine hopefully. I've had Bernard's Watch episodes up on there possibly for a few years now. Someone uploaded a few of my episodes from Google Drive onto Dailymotion of Big Kids. They blocked the full series so my response was to put a redirect video to Google Drive. For my redirect videos I handled both Tootuff and Big Kids by showing the opening soundless with a message saying that the redirect link was in the descrption. For The Slammer for a certain episode I just used a image but the frame I used wasn't good as it made a jarring loop. It's up to you how you handle it but hopefully people should be able to find it which is the goal.
