Chunlian 101: The essential Spring Festival decoration in China 

I wish I could post a picture of my “Fu” and couplets this year! I also put a “Fu” and the Character for Spring on my lanterns for my porch...but I admit, I’m a bit upset that after some sleet and rain today, my gold supposedly, waterproof, calligraphy paint has turned them into unreadable gold blobs. 😖. I brought them in, am going to TRY and clean them up & re-do them. If anyone has any suggestions? (I also have black ink, silver ink & ink sticks-if that helps.
