Any allusion to a male character being raped by another male, despite the fact this happens every day, had to be only slightly eluded to, like in Lawrence of Arabia when the Turks had their way with him.

Robert Tulibacki - Is it true that Dennis Hopper is no longer with us? I met him in a bar near Taos, NM one night many years ago and danced many hours with him. Then, alas, it was time for me to leave with my friends. I always wondered if I didn't have to leave if I had gotten to know him or something. He was very nice and gentlemanly. Well, I'll never know, sad to say.
