Absolutely correct. Jesus died to pay our ransom from sin. And rose from the dead as proof of His triumph over death. We have died with Christ & now live in Christ. We are new creations ---> the power of His resurrection. JESUS IS ALIVE FOREVER MORE.
Yes.. Jesus is risen, and alive, so we will rise and live too! The others are still cozy in their tombs for thousands of years.. but Jesus has won! He is the ONLY TRUE SAVIOR!
Hi Joshua! I just read messianic rabbi Zev Porats book where he talks about his personal investigation of the Holy sites and it’s very interesting! He places the true tomb at the church of the Pater Noster on the Mount of Olives. Worth a read! It’s called ‘Unmasking the Chaldean Sprit’. Bless you all! Happy Easter! 🎉

You Probably already know. But the reason the Anastasi (Resurrection) icon is not up there with the otheres, is because that piece of slab is where Christ was believed to have been buried. So it would seem inappropriate for the location in the Church. Christ Is Risen Truly he is Risen Χριστός Ανέστη Αληθώς Ανέστη

It's the Church of the Holy Sepulchre - you know - the Sepulchre from which He rose again. It is right behind the content provider, round the corner, to his right. Either he is misinformed himself or spreading deliberate misinformation. I hope its the former.
Guys the focal point of Catholicism and Orthodoxy is the sacrifice of the Mass. The same sacrifice that took place in Calvary. That is why the Crucifixion is so important to both Orthodoxy and Catholicism. Further the Sacrifice saved man of his sins. And then Jesus Christ conquered death and opened the gates of Heaven.
HE IS RISEN!!! HE IS ALIVE FOREVER MORE!! God's Word says that we are saved by Grace ALONE through Faith ALONE in Christ Jesus ALONE and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). By Grace Alone through Faith Alone in Christ alone. Grace alone means that GOD loves, forgives, and saves us not because o who we are or what we do,but because of the finished redemptive work of Christ on the Cross!!
Christ is Risen! Important part is not missing other than our Lord who rose from the dead. The Angel told the women disciples of the Lord. He is not here for He is Risen! Go around the corner you will see the tomb of Christ where he rose from the dead!
