The Churnet Valley Railway Spring Steam Gala 2024 on the 5th May 2024. We see four steam locomotive at the Gala. The two gust locomotives attending the gala which are GWR Castle Class no 4079 Pendennis Castle from Didcot Railway Centre and BR Standard Class 4MT no 75014 from Dartmouth Steam Railway. Along with the home fleet engines are two of the USATC S160 Class 2-8-0 no 5197 and 6046. Also LMS Fowler Class 4F no 44422 displayed at Cheddleton, Kingsley and Froghall and Consall.
