Churros & Hot Chocolate Recipe [No Oven]

I took a risk making these without ever trying a churro before. 10/10! I didn't make the chocolate sauce nor coated them in sugar but they were still really good. My cheap piping bag broke sadly, so some were normal churros and some looked like bread sticks because I shaped them by hand T^T

I made this multiple times already using ur recipe it always turns out so good also a tip yall should try making circle shape but not too big because it'll rise. It will crunch when u bite it and the inside will be soft and nice. The circles ones are better imo. Ik it won't rlly be a churros if it's circle but it's good so

Help :) 1) 150ml Water 2) 20g Sugar 3) 40g Unsalted Butter 4) Let sit to fully melted 5) 110g all purpose flour 6) Low heat 3 minutes while mixing 7) Spread the mixture to the sides of the bowl 8) Let sit for some time 9) 2 eggs 1 egg at a time 10) Mix until blended in 11) Put into cake decorator 12) Evenly spread the mix on baking paper 2 on each tiny sheet 13) Add cooking oil into a bowl over the fire 14) slowly place both sheets in the oil 15) When the mixture gets whiter take away the baking paper and leave the churros in the oil to fry 16) let the churros brown in the oil spinning when the other side is brown. 17) when the churros are brown take them out and place them in a bowl (with baking paper so that the oil doesn't ruin the bowl) 18) Now time for the chocolate 19) 50g dark chocolate chips 20) 25g sugar 21) 120ml Milk 22) put over fire and slowly mix until it is melted and mixed together 23) grab another bowl and add 4g cornstarch and 10ml water whisk until combined together 24) Pour into the new mixture and add into the chocolate while slowly mixing 25) Keep on whisking until the everything is mixed together and pour into a serving bowl. 26) the most important part is to enjoy the food!

So for people who live in America and do not have measurements in metric like me: 5/8 cups of water 1 1/2 tbs of sugar 3 tbs of butter 7/8 cups of flour 2 tbs of sugar 1/2 cup of milk 1.8 ounces or 1/3 cups of dark chocolate 1/2 tbs of cornstarch 2 tsp of water If I got any wrong let me know.
