Well I couldn't differentiate tho, Chuuya even got vampire teeths stuck by Mori on him..... Also he made sure to obey Fyodor at all cost so he won't doubt him ,,, Plus Fyodor was too focussed on winning the antidote and killing off dazai that he didn't pay attention to other details...... If u saw the episode carefully, Dazai explained clearly that Fyodor's weakness is Allies (He doesn't trust anyone whom he can't manipulate)

Dazai said that Fyodor's weakness is that he can't trust his allies.... but he trusts those he manipulate blindly....... The Vampires were all under Fyodors commands as you know he was using them to communicate through the outer world and Chuuya responded him instantly too cuz they know the Vampires obey Fyodor. Yes it was Brams ability but Bram was manipulated by Fyodor and he couldn't do anything since Fukuchi has put that sword in him..... Fyodor manipulated fukuchi also to use Brams ability.
Tbh Fyodor's "dead" was lame. You guys remember him manipulating Sigma with "my ability posessed me" shit? That actually made more sense. His "death" is pretty rushed up.
