People took gold loan / personal loan / mortgage loan / to pay the EMD and are paying interest for the same for the past 2 months . If Cidco had faced unfortunate situation due to which it led to postponed like election etc then they should have stoped taking new application . It really showed Cidco is focused on creating more revenue by extending the auction date . And now at the time of auction the server was down at the last moment .now arises 2 question if they didn’t have enough configured servers to handle huge session why did they take new application after extending the tender .2nd question will Cidco take strict action on probity soft PVT Ltd who manages the server . And All the EMD paid participants should come together and protest in Raigad Cidco Bhavan to return the Ineligible participants EMD amount with interest to them once the auction results are declared so that they can cover their interest money paid to loan of the same .
