very small flat highly priced mow a days builders are selling in same way giving amenities which will be chargeable, will brag about many things friends its my humble request think before purchasing as per my knowledge rooms are very small if you want to buy ask for the total cost with registration ask for the carpet not built up coz carpet area is the one which we will be using also ask for maintenance calculate all of these and think also think about rate of interest and time and also think about distance then only decide don't fall prey for amenities and other gimmicks if you think its feasible then only buy.....
या प्रोजेक्ट जवळ सर्व सामान्य माणसाला परवडेल अशी स्वस्त परिवहन सेवा उपलब्ध नाही. सदर प्रोजेक्टवाले स्वतः ची परिवहन व्यवस्था चालू करणार होते परंतु अद्याप चालू केली नाही. खारघर स्टेशन पर्यंत स्वस्त परिवहन सेवा किंवा बस व्यवस्था चालू नाही. रिक्षाने जाण्यास-येण्यास रुपये ३००/- रिक्षा भाडे द्यावे लागेल. जुलै २०२१ शॉर्टकट रोड चालू होणार आहे परंतु अद्याप जून २०२२ पर्यंत चालू नाही.
Subhash भाई बस 12 km हे kharghar से आगे का video कोई भी नही देखेगा यह सुनकर लोगो को 3km भी ज्यादा लगता हे by ऑटो वाले को 20 rs देणे का, और यह तो 12km हे बस करो आगे कुछ भी मत बोलो चाहे price कम क्यू ना हो flat की 😄
