100% Yd can make a godlike spd pen Cidd at around 260-270 spd but he wanted to flex a spare set of 300+ spd gear. And it was entertaining. I mean I have a decent 249 spd Cidd and I'm a pleb. By decent I mean mine can kill Hwayoungs and aravis with atk buff. Need sb for Aravi sometimes and not pov one. If def broken tho he kills anything but that goes for any single target dps
