Well said!! They should be in D1 competing with SJB, Materi Dei, Corona Cent, Servite, Mission Viejo. If poly lost in a D1 bracket, I will be happy they compete against the best schools. D4 is too soft….
CIF need to go back to 16 teams in D1 bracket. They should have at least put them in the D3 bracket but they would’ve lost to Serra too early. They for sure should’ve been D3 though, O Lu literally went into the D2 bracket and went to work .
The important question is what's going on with these "computer" ratings? How does a renowned program with losses to D1 teams end up in D4? Sure they have a loss against Serra Gardena but even that team is questionable being in the middle of D3.
It’s because CIF doesn’t want to waste time knowing Serra, Poly, Alamany and pretty much all of California won’t stand a solid chance against MD and Bosco 😭😭 it’s really sad
