Finally the time has come guuuuys! :D New Cigarettes music and new album on the way. I've listened to their first album hundreds of times since it came out, but especially before bed, sleeping and on late night drives. Listening to Cigarettes while driving late at night is the best thing ever, and something you HAVE to do if you haven't.
I really like the direction they went with this song, a lot more up tempo and groovy than their other tracks. I've always loved the bridges in their songs, and also here. So simple but adds a lot to the song. Although I really enjoy this track with it's classic Cigarettes sound, I really hope they experiment more on the new album as well!
Cigarettes covers are my favorite to do because they translate so well to guitar, and the vocals always lie in a comfortable range for my voice. So a lot more Cigarettes covers coming up after the album is released, so stay tuned and take care! :)
