Cilantro Chutney :
Ingredients :
Ginger - 1/2 Inch
Garlic - 1 Clove
Green Chillies - 2 to 3
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
Black Salt - 1 Pinch
Sugar - 1tbsp
Salt - to taste
Olive Oil -1 Tbsp
Cilantro - 2 handsful
Water - As required to achieve the desired texture
Method :
In a blender jar,
Take ginger, Garlic, Green chillies, cumin seeds, asafoetida, olive oil, black salt, sugar, salt and blend them coarsely.
Now, add cilantro and water as required and blend them again to make a smooth texture.
Storage:
keep in the refrigerator for longer shelf life up to 2 weeks.
