Its a glitch RBG effect you can put on an adjustments layer :) There are many free versions our there you can download via youtube...i recommend checking out the CINECOM page for a bunch of free assets foe editing ! ru-vid.com

Hey absolutely loved this video, your transitions at the stat are they just short dissolves or a certain type of effect? did you plan these or kind of freestyle when you were there. if I was to ask what was your biggest learning points on this shoot ?

Nouna Lee thank you so much Nouna ! It was shot in 120 FPS all hand held...you need to let the camera body become part of you. I also use a camera strap and anchor the camera to my neck to help with stability!
