Baked this yesterday. Ang sarap. Madali sundan ang recipe. Kaso my active dry yeast- inantay ko 15 mins bago maging foamy. Bagong bukas lang naman at i tried proofing kung fresh pa. Then Hindi masyado makapal yung dough kinalabasan sakin. What went wrong kaya? Otherwise masarap pa rin. Pati texture sakto.

Hi. Followed your recipe. But yung sa akin di nagturn into light golden brown ung bread ko like yours. My bread is still white pero medyo sunog na yun ilalim.
hi, perhaps your oven is too hot, baking sometimes varies with oven specs, & gumamit po ba kyo ng baking paper? if not, sugar melts upon baking & bottom will burn fast because of contact with the pan.

I've watched the process on how to make it but I'm not really satisfied. The dough is not like yours. I want to see another version of yours po please. hi, dead po ang yeast nyo. check /test the yeast if active pa. kapag instant yeast pwede naman po ang room temp milk, pero yeast works best kapag lukewarm ang liquid.

hi, the butter is less on the other recipe that’s why it’s 2 & 1/2cups only. although sticky type ung dough but less flour less dense ung bread. then itong isa higher hydration so mas lamang po sya sa flour. 😊
just keep in container/paper bread bag at room temp po.. Unlike sa mga commercial breads (w/ preservatives/emulsifier,etc.) that can last for week or more kaya normally pag homebaked bread lang since wala naman preservatives around 1-3 days sya malambot but depende sa recipe like some of the breads i made na tumagal ng more than 2 days ung soft nya are water pandesal, classic pandesal, baked siopao, milky cheese roll, ube cheese pandesal, choco bavarian and mrami pa iba hehe. ☺️

if proofing na po, d na po pwede magdagdag ng ingredient😬if sticky sya but elastic, it will turn out good pa din. pero kung sobrang sticky talaga nya mahihirapan po kayo ishape ang dough khit after proofing🙂 also always check your dry & liquid measurements if accurate po
thank you🥰just follow po the same measurement first, then if the mixture turned out too wet, tska po kayo mag add pa uli ng bread flour, kasi mas absorbent po sya compare sa apf😊
The only cinnamon roll recipe my family were able to enjoy eating. The dough is super soft, I stick with the measurement no matter how sticky it is, followed instruction to grease my hand with oil and it came out perfectly soft. Glazing is so delicous! wow thank you, really appreciated your comment🥰i’m not from Cebu po pero sige po I will try Choco Lanay some time. 😊Actually I’ve watched it too already in some channels & I’m just getting ready on how I will make my own version since i’m not familiar with Cebuano pastries but i think it is most similar to a choco donut. I will make it as soon as I can😊💪
