CINNAMON ROLLS RECIPE:
DOUGH -
🔸2 3/4 CUPS FLOUR
🔸1/4 CUP SUGAR
🔸1/2 TSP SALT
🔸2 1/4 TSP DRY ACTIVE YEAST
🔸3/4 CUP MILK
🔸3 TBSP UNSALTED BUTTER
🔸1 LARGE EGG
FILLING -
🔸3 TBSP SOFT UNSALTED BUTTER
🔸1/3 CUP DARK BROWN SUGAR
🔸1 - 2 TBSP CINNAMON
CREAM CHEESE FILLING -
🔸4 OZ SOFT CREAM CHEESE
🔸2 TBSP UNSALTED BUTTER
🔸1/3 POWDERED SUGAR
🔸1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
🔷Step 1:
Mix dry ingredients first.
🔷Step 2:
Combine warm milk, butter, yeast and whisk into dry ingredients.
🔷Step 3:
Now mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
🔷Step 4:
Form into ball cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
🔷Step 5:
Dust work surface with flour and roll out dough into 8" x 14" rectangle.
🔷Step 6:
Now place filling onto dough. When filling is done now roll softly and cut into 8 pieces.
🔷Step 7:
Place in pan and rest for 90 minutes. After resting place into a preheated 385F degree oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
