I watched this days ago, but my phone was acting up and wouldn't let me post a comment. This recipe looks delish & as I've said before it's always great to have the measurements & reminder to use "flax eggs" in a recipe. This reminds me of when I was young & my next older sister (I have five sisters) & I would make blondies secretly when everyone else was occupied (we used semi-sweet chocolate chips). We'd make a 9x13 batch, eat nearly 1/2 the pan right out of the oven, & left the rest for other members of my family. I never remember anyone grumbling that half the pan was gone. I guess they assumed others had gotten to them before they did rather than my sister & I having eaten half the pan. Too funny. We only did it once in awhile, but I don't regret it. Will definitely need to try this recipe. Thnx for another great one, Adelina. Going to have my "cooking caregiver" make some next week along w/the red lentil stew that I love. Oh ya!!🥰
Back in the day when I used to bake a lot I made blondies with chocolate chips, so your recipe sounds delicious with cinnamon which is my favourite spice. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Yum 😋

What a wonderful recipe. I am type 2 diabetic and can't (shouldn't) eat the dessert. I was so excited to see you use the butter wrapper. My husband couldn't believe that I saved and used the butter wrappers. He thought it was hilarious! i thought it was using my resources well. Thanks for your videos.
W R O N G..... It's obvious Sophie is a living and breathing Blondie toddling around on four plump legs! Remember, we are taught to share. One thing is for sure; she is sweet enough to forego the sweet topping! Seriously, I'm wondering how this would turn out made with "hard" aka unprocessed flour. I'll let you know. Blondies are my go-to for bars. I'm odd and not a chocolate person so they get made more often than brownies. Look at you being such a responsible adult and eating dinner before dessert! LOL
