Just as things were going great at the creek bank, we return to find that the dam has been opened to start the fall draw down of the lake level and our digging spot all flooded out. So we retreat to a bit higher ground at the toe of the slope and continue to work the digging trench along. Neil heads to even higher ground to work a section of 1930's-40's hillside dump.
