This is why we love you guys! You love the high end just as much as the lower priced hole in the wall joints and show the true nitty gritty. IMO , I think you like discovering the hole in the walls with delicious food more, lol. I’m glad however that you CAN do both and enjoy it so I can come along for the ride. I have Oscars reservations for my bday this month And I CANNOT WAIT! The big 50!
I'll take a $4 Coney hot dog at the D and Dunkin Donuts 🍩 anytime over overpriced meals. I can literally eat for 3 days in Vegas for about $75. It's nice to see what is out there but the prices are ridiculous.

I'm coming back to Vegas in December so I'll be interested to see what everyone is so excited about the new Circa. It will be interesting but for the many years I have been coming Vegas, it's a little like putting lipstick on a pig. It may be shiny new and expensive but it will not elevate the surroundings. Everything looks great. That pastrami sandwhich looked nice, I did have one at NEW YORK NEW YORK and it was incredible. I think I will stay at the D or CIRCA next year for a change. I did hit at the D for a bunch on slots when I did visit. Gotta love the upbeat atmosphere at both hotels. Great sports book and pool!!!!

Burgers are meant to be well done due to if uncooked may cause food poisoning due to bacteria not being cooked. It is different to rare steak. I believe it’s to do with the grounding of the beef
Cheryl, I hate to disagree, but this is just not correct. It's all about the quality and freshness of the grind. A medium burger at a place their grinds their own meat is just as safe as ordering a medium steak. Ground beef is just ground parts of various cuts of the cow with some extra fat thrown in. Now at a fast food joint that burger better be cooked all the way through, but at a place like this, I think if they advertise their burgers are cooked medium unless otherwise asked, they probably know what they are doing.

I did try the pastrami sandwich today at Wienerschnitzel. For $5.99 it was pretty good! However, it wasn’t filling or satisfying. But I would go back there again if I wanted to go economical. Next time I’ll get 2 pastrami sandwiches and it’ll still be cheaper than going to Sawginaw’s or any authentic deli sandwich place. Thanks for the great suggestion! Aloha🌸

My last compliment of the day is your editing . Some RU-vid videos this long would be boring but you put just enough varied content to make it flow . More would not allow enough detail and less would possibly drag a bit .

I’ve been living in Vegas with my wife since late April.... haven’t gotten around to a lot of casinos yet... it’s a slow process for us still getting situated but, seeing you guys at the New Circa hotel casino gives us motivation to get out to see it ourselves!
