I'm not totally sure if this would work due to different construction methods, but there's a ShengShou Crazy 2x2x2... you could glue the three inner pieces on one corner in place to match this, if I understood the video right. I think the cube in the video just has fixed inner pieces on one corner.
There is a _super_ crazy 2x2 also. I've been trying to adapt this tutorial to use on my super crazy version, but it's a lot harder since each side's 4 inner pizza slices is unique. Maybe someone, ahem, might consider doing a tutorial for the super crazy 2x2... 🙂
Well, no, never mind, it looks like that doesn't do anything on that cube. You'd have to have a circle 2x2 and then do the gluing. None of the sides on the Crazy 2x2x2 are bandaged.
I know that it's a very old video, but I hope Vivaldi (or anyone) can help me. I am geting some sort of "parity", with only two opposite pairs of inner pieces that are swapped. How can I fix it? I manage to do it with brute force method: I scramble the innter pieces a bit, and resume the solution from a certain point on, and it works 50% of the time. But I know that there is a shortcut, but I don't know the algorithm. Anyone?
