hey, June! im soo excited that found this video, it is exactly what i want. i done something same like this, but i need a rectangular boundary curve to constrain this circle pattern design, could you plz give me some ideas?

and also when i tried, im stuck wiz the edge and boundary components,and dk how to add this rectangular boundary part into my pattern.

I am not sure I understood well, but you can use rectangle component which is in the very first part of this video. link rectangle-curve-extrude component to have a rectangular boundary. Thank you.

@@JuneLeeDesign yes yes, ur tutorial helps me a lot, thank you so much!!! maybe it's the position i put not right, because my circle where at the edge are cut a little by the boundary, and i dont want that happened so,,, try to figure out where's wrong

It happens because all grid points are the center of the circles. If you avoid that, you can increase number of X and Y in rectangle component, or can add scale component after rectangle and put factor 1.1 or a little bit less(should be more than 1) and then link extrude component.

@@JuneLeeDesignokay, i think i got it, trying to fix the circle with boundary, im new for grasshopper, bim and python things, but really fancy ur post, they are amazing!! thanks for replying and sharing. ^_^
