No, you can only gain access to COTA thru one of the HPDE organizations such as Driver's Edge or Chin Motorsports. Typical fees is $995 for the weekend.

Thanks it was fun! This was my 2nd time at COTA. My 1st time was in March with BMWCCA.

Do you have a supercharger or straight cut racing gears? I hear a whine in the background.

Neither. I just replaced my diff with a rebuilt diff from Diffs Online thru Turner and I'm trying to get it replaced. This one for some reason is a bit noisier than mine I took out.
