Nowadays we know and after 12 months of covid-19, that this topic is so important for the world. Work in the local process, the economy in the local, the employment. Change the concept of the industry about the waste, not like collecting, like a real process of connection between social needs and the process of production. It is not so easy, but it is necessary.

Good point - and because of COVID-19 and the China/US trade friction, companies are already shortening their supply chains. I.e. more regional or local. They're not thinking of a circular economy but indirectly, it will help.

Hi Harald, indeed a great presentation. I wish you good luck in your plans. But when we meet next time i like to diskcuss with you about what Pope Francis writes in his APOSTOLIC EXHORTATION "LAUDATE DEUM" from 2023 October 4th : 71. "Efforts by households to reduce pollution and waste, and to consume with prudence, are creating a new culture. The mere fact that personal, family and community habits are changing is contributing to greater concern about the unfulfilled responsibilities of the political sectors and indignation at the lack of interest shown by the powerful." . If a company is not doing something out of free will it's not good for the environment. Money correlates with energy and energy with co2

It seems like this system still has a lot of transport, which then means a lot of moving parts, which eventually will break down. Is ways being developed in which the moving parts which will eventually break down can easily be composted?

Interesting that, like in caring professions, the majority of the audience is female.
